Capacity 1000 kg/h of wheat + Capacity 1000 kg/h of corn

Mill with 10 roller passes "SANGATI" Italy, roller width 60 cm. This is a grain milling plant. Flour type 500, type 850, bran, fine feed flour. (gray color)

In the background is a rolling mill 2x2, roll width 80 cm, newer generation "BERGA" Italy. This is a plant for grinding corn, processing semolina for polenta. (green color)

Under the machine is a channel with a drive system. Grain mill drive 1x50kv and corn mill drive 1x7kv.

On the ground floor there is also a packing room with a sewing system, with a scale, a silo for bran 3t with extraction on a chain and a dispenser for bags, and a silo for flour 10t, with an aspirator and a dispenser for bags from 10 kg to 100 kg.

On the ground floor, in a separate room, there is a washing machine (centrifugal with wheat moisture regulation) with a scale (new Libela Celje up to 500 kg) and an internal tank for small amounts of grain. In the background of the picture are the internal brick silos with the extractor and dispenser for the mill (below). The elevators are wooden, very high quality and can work for another 20 years. Straps and cups are like new.

IN THE FLOOR:

Centrifugal sieves 2x (a little dusty in the picture, but they are like new). Flawless pneumatic transfer of flour with newly installed cyclones for 20 years of operation guaranteed. The valves and cyclones above the screen are also regularly lubricated and in excellent condition.

In the background are vibrating sieves, a planzistor (green) from a corn mill, a metal set, with a vibro cleaning system and a corn cyclone.

On the left side of the picture you can see the upper parts of the silo (on the floor) for flour and bran, as well as the control cabinet for the upper drives of the mill.

The transmission of all flour is pneumatic, (instead of auger) works flawlessly so that the mill can operate with minimal supervision, which is very important. This is perfected with experience.

There are also the Sieves and Cyclonic Corn Mill Cleaners mentioned earlier.

A separate room on the upper floor, at the entrance are vibration and centrifugal cleaning equipment with magnets. There are also 2x cyclone cleaners and elevators from the floor (connection between the external silos, the trough bed, the cleaning device and the internal silos).

External silos 60T with suction trough length 10m x 2m, which allows the vehicle to be turned over once and driven away. A better system than vacuuming (because the vehicle has to wait to be vacuumed). This system is like new, it worked for a couple of years, everything was newly installed, I personally completed all the key elements very precisely and I guarantee the flawless operation of the whole mill for many years!

There is also an external analog scale up to 1000 kg as new (Libela Celje), and in addition we also have a renovated bridge scale for vehicles up to 25 T in stock for assembly.
